Your Instagram deletion request
Instagram gives you this confirmation code when you ask it to delete the data TIME-X read from your Instagram account.
Your confirmation code:
We delete that data within 7 days of the request. You do not need to do anything else. If you have a question about it, email support@time-x.ai and include this code.
We could not read this code
If you asked Instagram to delete your TIME-X data, email support@time-x.ai and we will check it for you.
TIME-X reads a few public facts from accounts you choose to connect (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, GitHub, X) to calculate your per-minute rate. Here is how to remove them, or your whole TIME-X account.
1. Disconnect one platform
In the TIME-X app, open Calculate my rate, tap the connected platform, then tap Disconnect.
We delete our copy of the sign-in token at once, cancel the token at Google and TikTok, and delete everything we read from that platform within 7 days. Your rate is recalculated without it.
If your app does not show Disconnect yet, email us (step 4) and we delete it for you.
2. Remove TIME-X at the platform
- Instagram: Settings and activity, Website permissions, Apps and websites, then remove TIME-X.
- YouTube or Google: go to security.google.com/settings/security/permissions and remove TIME-X.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions, then remove TIME-X.
- GitHub: go to github.com/settings/applications and revoke TIME-X.
- X: go to x.com/settings/connected_apps and revoke TIME-X. We cannot see a removal made at X, so also disconnect X in TIME-X (step 1) or email us (step 4).
Once a platform stops accepting our access, we delete everything we read from it within 30 days, unless you connect it again. This does not apply to X, because we cannot see a removal made at X.
Instagram also lets you ask for your data to be deleted after you remove TIME-X. Instagram sends us the request and gives you a confirmation code that links to this page. We delete everything we read from your Instagram account within 7 days.
3. Delete your TIME-X account
In the app: Menu, Settings, Delete account (on app versions before 1.3.1: Profile, Delete account). This deletes your connected account data together with the rest of your account. Call and payment records are kept without your name, as the Privacy Policy section 7 explains.
4. Ask us
Email support@time-x.ai from the email you use for TIME-X, with the subject "Delete my connected account data". We delete it and confirm within 7 days.

While a YouTube channel stays connected, we keep its details that are not counts (like the channel name and link) for no longer than 30 days unless we read them again.
Deleting the data TIME-X stores does not delete anything on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, GitHub or X.
